We prepare all the documents needed to guarantee your non-professional trustees meet notification requirements for yearly ILIT gifts. Included in our service is a reminder to the donor of the yearly gift to be made, as well as all beneficiary notices. Our tracking system will ensure notices are mailed on time, each year. Simply provide us with the pertinent information for the case by completing our Crummey Services Data Sheet. PBO will take it from there.
Initial fee is $170, which includes a $50 new case setup fee. Subsequent years are billed at $120 upon notification of annual gift receipt.
