In addition to our full funding services, PBO offers “Self-Funding Client Packets” for those clients who wish to handle the funding of their trusts. This flat fee service consists of a funding packet, similar to the full funding version, which will supply your client with the basic documents and information needed to help them successfully fund their trust.
PBO will provide customized funding letters for all documented assets. We will also prepare any readily available forms* which the client will then need to submit. The packet will include instructions for the client regarding signatures needed, additional information to be completed on any applicable forms, and/or contact information to be used to obtain required forms.
Your client will be responsible for completing the forms and letters, mailing the documents to the institutions and any follow up required with the companies to ensure the funding actions are completed properly.
* Readily available forms are those currently in our database or those provided by the law office.No research or obtaining of forms is provided with this service option.
